配送料は無料となっております。

在庫ある場合、ご注文確認後1週間以内に発送、発送日翌々日着。

※離島または一部地域上記以上にお届けに日数が必要です。

※オリジナル商品は２ヶ月ほどかかります。

※海外の場合はお届けまで約10日間です。

※交通事情により着日が遅れる場合がございますがご了承下さい。

■ご注文確定後のキャンセルについて

発送済みの商品、及び予約商品 or オリジナル商品のご注文確定後のキャンセルはお受け致しかねます。また、予約商品はご注文時と通常販売価格が異なる場合がございます。

ご注文確定前に、今一度、お客様にてご注文内容をご確認頂きますよう、よろしくお願い致します。

■不良品の取扱

不良品など、弊社理由による返送料は、弊社負担とさせていただきます。返品の旨、メールにてお知らせください。必ず、一週間以内にご連絡ください。お知らせないままの返品、または商品使用後の返品は受け取れませんのでご了承ください。返金は、商品到着後、商品状態を確認のうえ1週間以内の振込みとなります。

■返品について

返品期限・条件：商品到着日より8日以内とさせていただきます。商品到着後必ず一週間以内に商品確認の方お願いいたします。返品の旨、メールにてお知らせください。お知らせないままの返品、x商品使用後、またはオリジナル商品の返品は受け取れませんのでご了承ください。注文間違いや、思っていた商品とは違うなど、お客様のご都合による返品は返送料(元払い）、返金振込料は、お客様負担とさせていただきます。それを過ぎますと、返品、交換のご要望はお受けできなくなりますので、ご了承ください。

■ Shipping

We offer free international and local shipping on all orders.  

If the items are in stock, it will be shipped within 1 week after confirming your order, and will arrive the day after the shipping date. 

*In case of a custom order, please note that it will take around 2 months

* In case of international shipping, it will be delivered in approximately 10 days after confirming your order

* Please note that the estimated delivery dates may be delayed depending on the weather, and the traffic conditions.

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that L does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

■ Cancellation after order confirmation 

We cannot accept cancellations of shipped items, reserved items or custom items after the order has been confirmed. Please note that the selling price of pre-ordered items may slightly differ from the time you pre-ordered it. Before confirming your order, please check the details of your order once again. 

■ Defective products

We will bear the return shipping fee in case of defective products. Please let us know by email that you have returned the item and be sure to contact us within a week after the delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns without notice or after the item has been used. Refunds will be made within one week after the condition of the item has been checked and confirmed to be defective. 

■ About returns 

Return must be made within 8 days from delivery date. 

Please be sure to check the product within one week after the product is delivered and in case you would like to return it, contact us by email. Please note that we cannot accept returns without notice,  after the item has been used or for any custom order. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee and the refund transfer fee for returned items. After 8 days, we will not be able to accept returns or exchange requests.
